Eligibility and requirements

Funding limits This program will cover a maximum of up to 80% of the gross salary The maximum amount that can be granted is equivalent to the minimum wage in force for a maximum of 40 hours per week Use this to Get: A wage subsidy for integrating workers (the subsidy is granted for a maximum of 52 weeks) A wage subsidy for providing workers with coaching and assistance Financial support to compensate for additional expenses incurred in order to create or adapt human resources management tools that take into account the specific characteristics of workers from other work cultures Financial support to compensate for expenses directly incurred to provide workers with additional training
