Money Up to $150,000 with a minimal contribution of $100,000 Your project Is at a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of 4+ Must be led by an SME located in southern Ontario Must be performed in Ontario and awarded funds cannot flow outside of Ontario unless approved Should be 18-months in duration
